The challenge
Solo60 required a website that would complement its app and provide a comprehensive platform for booking private wellness spaces by the hour. The challenge was to create a website that was visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with the brand’s values of privacy and convenience.
Research & insights
User Interviews: Conducted interviews with existing Solo60 app users to understand their preferences and expectations for a web-based platform.
Competitive Analysis: Analysed competitor websites to identify best practices and areas for differentiation.
Key Findings:
Users desired a seamless experience between the app and the website.
Clear categorisation and filtering options were essential for users to find suitable wellness spaces.
Responsive design was crucial to accommodate users across various devices.
Design process
Ideation & Sketching: Utilised Miro for brainstorming sessions to conceptualise the website's layout and key features.
Wireframes & Prototyping: Created wireframes in Figma, focusing on intuitive navigation and clear calls-to-action. Developed interactive prototypes using Framer to simulate user interactions.
User Testing & Iteration: Conducted usability tests to gather feedback on the design and functionality. Documented insights in Notion and iterated on the design to enhance user experience and address any pain points.

The final design delivered a visually compelling and easy-to-navigate website that allowed users to effortlessly explore available spaces and make bookings. Key features included:
